1.General Shipping Information

 1.1 Locations We Deliver

Exclusive Brands Online is Proud to announce that we deliver Anywhere (Gauteng; North West; Eastern Cape; Western Cape; Northen Cape; Mpumalanga; KwaZulu-Natal; Limpopo; Free State AND Everywhere In-Between) you want us to.

We are partnered with the Top Courier Companies in S.A providing delivery services Country & World Wide.

Delivery on all order above R 450.00 is FREE Of Charge

Please do note that we do not deliver to P.O Boxes, only physical addresses and Postal offices deliveries can also be arranged.

1.2 Courier Estimated Timeframes

Gauteng:

  • General Next Working Day delivery (Accept on descriptions indicated for alternative delivery estimates). Order must be placed before 14H30.
  • Same Day Delivery can be arranged via info@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za before 9H00 A.M. (Only Main Centers around Gauteng – Our personnel will be able to see if they can assist according to your location)
  • Delivery is only within Working days. Weekends and Public Holidays there will be no deliveries.
  • In office Purchases/Collection can be arranged via sales@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za

All other Regions across S.A:

  • 3 to 4 working days estimated delivery. Main Centers is mostly 1 to 3 working days depending on the routes allocated to the drivers.
  • Overnight Delivery (Next working Day – R 500.00) can be selected upon the checkout of your order. Please note that the Kids Electric Cars and products on descriptions indicated for alternative delivery estimates is excluded.
  • Delivery is only within Working days. Weekends and Public Holidays there will be no deliveries.

International Shipping:

  • 3 to 5 working days estimated delivery on Mai centers. Regional areas can take an estimate of a day or two longer.
  • Delivery is only within Working days. Weekends and Public Holidays there will be no deliveries.
  • Products on descriptions indicated for alternative delivery estimates is excluded.
    2. Orders
      •  How To place an Order
        • Orders can be placed online; purchased directly from our Head Office or via e-mail for a manual invoice.
        • If Placed Online, please follow these easy steps and procedures accordingly:
          • Click on the product/s you would like to purchase. Select Buy Now.
          • Once your Shopping Cart has been Completed, click on Reserve your Order
          • Your Delivery and Contact information will now be completed. Once this has been Completed click on Continue To Shipping Method (Should you have a Discount Code, please insert it on the Right hand Side to apply the Changes)
          • It will state that your Courier Door To Door Shipping Charges is FREE.  Click on Continue To Payment Method
          • You Can Now Choose the Pay Fast; Bank Deposit or Lay-By option. Once this option is chosen scroll down and click Complete Order
            • Pay Fast – Credit/Debit Card Payment
            • Bank Deposit – An E-mail will be sent through to you with our Banking details in order for you to do n EFT or Bank Deposit. Once the payment reflects, the order will be released. (All Proof of payments must be sent through to sales@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za to speed up the releasing process for delivery.
            • Lay-By – Lay-By order can be placed and thereafter an e-mail must be sent through to sales@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za with your instalment (2 to 6 Months) for a final Lay-By invoice.
          • Your order will now be processed on our side for delivery accordingly.
          • As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

        • View the status of your tracking/delivery

        3. Delivery & Returns

                   3.1 What to do when the Courier Arrives for Delivery

                         3.1.1 Receiving your Delivery

          Please arrange that you or your authorized representative, who is a responsible person, is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt.

          We have outsourced all deliveries and accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the courier.

          Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should no-one be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for the second delivery attempt . Should no-one still be available we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge

          Upon Arrival of the Courier Company, a signature is required to accept that the parcel is received in good order.

          Please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. 

          *Please note that all orders must be inspected by the buyer upon delivery asap to avoid any disappointments. Our Returns/Exchange policy is valid from the delivery date.

                        3.1.2 Reporting of a Damaged Product

          When the courier company delivers your order you have the right to inspect your goods. If upon inspection you find that the item is damaged or is not the item you originally ordered, you can refuse the delivery. At your request the right goods will be replaced and redelivered to you at no extra cost. Alternatively you can cancel the order and get a full refund. *Please note that the goods must be reported and sent back immediately unused.

          When there is damage noted, kindly immediately take imaging as proof for us to assist with regards to the matter ASAP within the correct procedures. Imaging can be sent through with your order number to info@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za for assistance.

                 3.2   How to Return a Product for assessment

                         3.2.1 Returning via our Courier Services:

          3.2.1.1 Re-pack the product securely within its original packaging and in original condition as received. Include the original contents of the box.

          3.2.1.2 The Customer must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit as we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss whilst upon transit. Furthermore if packaging is not within original condition and packaging as received it may cause for an Exchange/Return request to be declined.

                          3.2.1.3 Include a copy of your invoice/order number.

          3.2.1.4 Send an e-mail through to info@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za with your order number and reason for exchange/return.

          3.2.1.5 A response will be provided with the Courier Quotation Fee. Buyer is liable for shipment cost.

          3.2.1.6 Should the customer accept the Courier quotation fee, a payment can be made and the proof of payment must be provided in order for Exclusive Brands Online to book a collection via the Courier Company.

          3.2.1.7 A courier collection will then be booked via the consultant and the collection details will be sent through to the customer accordingly.

          3.2.1.8 Once the shipment has arrived with Exclusive Brands Online, it will fall in line for assessment and feedback will be provided regarding the outcome accordingly. Feedback will be provided within 7 working days.

                          3.2.1.9 Unwanted products must be returned unused.

          3.2.2 Returning an order via own Courier/Personally:

                          3.2.2.3 Include a copy of your invoice/order number.

          3.2.2.4 Send an e-mail through to info@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za with your order number and reason for exchange/return to arrange a date for return within operating hours.

          3.2.2.5 Once the shipment has arrived with Exclusive Brands Online, it will fall in line for assessment and feedback will be provided regarding the outcome accordingly. Feedback will be provided within 7 working days.

                          3.2.2.6 Unwanted products must be returned unused.
