How do I order?

You are more than welcome to purchase one via the following options:

    • You can buy directly from us ( We are allocated in Pretoria/Somerset West – upon appointment) Card Facilities are Available
    • We can send you a manual invoice in order for you to do an EFT or Bank Deposit (This can be requested via the chat line at the bottom right side of our store; you can send an email to sales@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za or you can fill in a form on our contact us page at the bottom)
    • Order online via Credit/Debit Card or EFT/Bank deposit
      • How To place an Order
        • Orders can be placed online; purchased directly from our Head Office or via e-mail for a manual invoice.
        • If Placed Online, please follow these easy steps and procedures accordingly:
        • Click on the product/s you would like to purchase. Select Buy Now.
        • Once your Shopping Cart has been Completed, click on Reserve your Order
        • Your Delivery and Contact information will now be completed. Once this has been Completed click on Continue To Shipping Method (Should you have a Discount Code, please insert it on the Right hand Side to apply the Changes)
        • It will state that your Courier Door To Door Shipping Charges is FREE.  Click on Continue To Payment Method
        • You Can Now Choose the Pay Fast; Bank Deposit or Lay-By option. Once this option is chosen scroll down and click Complete Order
        • Pay Fast – Credit/Debit Card Payment
        • Bank Deposit – An E-mail will be sent through to you with our Banking details in order for you to do n EFT or Bank Deposit. Once the payment reflects, the order will be released. (All Proof of payments must be sent through to sales@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za to speed up the releasing process for delivery.
        • Your order will now be processed on our side for delivery accordingly.
        • As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
      • Payflex interest Free Payments
      • Payflex - With Payflex, you have two options. Either Pay instantly with your debit or Credit card OR you can Choose the buy Now, Pay later option where you can apply for an interest free loan to pay your unit off, but still receive it in the meantime. 
      • Choose your product
        • Click On Add To Cart (if you wish to only purchase the one product, click on "Buy It Now")
        • Once all products have been added and you are in your cart, click on "Complete My Order"
        • Fill In all required Contact information for delivery purposes. 
        • Click On "Continue to Shipping"
        • Click on Your Preferred Shipping/Collection method
        • Click On "Continue to Payment"
        • Now Choose the Payflex option, scroll down and click on "Pay Now"
        • You will now be redirected to the Payflex payment portal. All Payment gates is Verified, Safe & Secured. 
        • Once on the Payflex portal, you can either choose the first option for "Buy Now, Pay Later" to apply for credit OR you can choose the "Pay Now" option for instant payment
        • Accept the T&C's and then click on "Pay Now" 
        • For the credit option, you will then complete an application with Payflex, submit and then they will inform you of the reference you will use when placing your order with us. 
        • For the cash option you will now be able to choose your payment option via Card for debit or Credit card. 
      • Lay-By payments from 2 to 6 months available. Request a lay-by Invoice through sales@exclusivebrandsponline.co.za

    Will these cars be suitable for your Little Einstein?

    TIPS to have a look at:

    1. The size measurements of the actual car (click on the product and scroll down to the specifications thereof of which the size measurements can be used to determine.
    2. Look at the cars overall specifications and imaging to determine if your little Einstein will have a mini car.
    3. Most cars comes with a remote control and can thus be remote controlled for smaller children not able to drive themselves yet. As soon as they are used to their new ride on, they can drive themselves everywhere.

    Differences between our Hoverboards and what to look at:

    Which Courier Do Your Use and Do I Pay For Courier?

    All orders, courier is FREE of charge for orders above R 450.00. So add a little more to your basket and get delivery absolutely FREE! 

    We utilize The Courier Guy and they do deliver country wide in big cities and even the smallest of towns right to your doorstep. We make delivery hassle-free for you! 

    The Courier Guy travels at the speed of light! 

    Delivery in Gauteng is 1 to 2 working days of which all other regions is only 2 to 4 working days. 

     

    How do I know that EBO received my payment? 

    • We make it super easy for you. Just check your inbox on email for an order confirmation email that has been sent through, should you have placed your order online on our store. 
    • This confirmation email confirms that we have received your order and payment and that we will start processing. This confirmation email is also your reference of purchase (your slip) for future use, should you have any enquiries. 
    • If you have paid via Card or Payflex credit, you do not have to send us your proof of payment as we have already received it by your order being processed with them. 
    • If you have paid via Bank Deposit or EFT, kindly please send us your proof of payment to sales@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za.co.za (Please use your Invoice or order number when making payment as recipient reference) 
    • We use FNB. When Doing an EFT from another bank, the payment might take between 48 to 72 working hours to reflect. We will then start processing your orders as soon as the payment reflects. 

     

    Do you deliver on Public Holidays and Weekends? 
      • The courier does not per usual work over public holidays and weekends. 
      • Delivery may occur on week days Monday to Friday between 8H00 and 17H00
      • The courier mostly contacts you before the delivery of your parcel. 
    How To Track My Order?
    • Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
    • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking link to track your parcels status
    • Click on the e-mail Link Provided with your tracking number
    • View the status of your tracking/delivery
    • Should you require furthermore assistance, please feel free to send us an e-mail to info@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za with your order number and your enquiry.

     

    Do you Offer Same Day Delivery?
      • We do not per usual offer the same day delivery option as our delivery per standard is quite fast and efficient. Same Day deliveries occurs unneeded extra expenses and couriers may run late with your parcel due to a high amount of deliveries or unexpected circumstances such as load-shedding, weather, traffic, high loads etc.
      • Should you wish to take the chance, you are welcome to request a quotation via info@exclusivebrandsonline.co.za to see if we have this option available for you for that day. 
      • This may be arranged and paid (if available) between 8H00 and 9H00 in the morning for us to release before 10H00
      • We can however not guarantee that it will be on same day if sent as mentioned above on unforeseen circumstanced. 
      • You may however arrange your own collection via one of our branches closest to you in Pretoria or Cape Town via reply to your order confirmation email or you can choose the collection option at the checkout. A soonest appointment for collection will then be arranged with you. 
      • Or you can simply arrange to purchase directly from one of our branches. 

    How Do I Log A Return Assessment? 

    It's Easy! Reply to your order confirmation email received when you purchased from us, with he problem you are experiencing and our warehouse technical team will gladly assist you accordingly.
